1. Agreement

By accessing or using timeremind.info and its related pages (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information related to the Service is handled.

2. The Service and Eligibility

Time Reminder provides audible reminders at the top, bottom, and quarter points of an hour. Reminder behavior depends on your browser, device, audio settings, and whether the page remains open. The Service is provided free of charge.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and may legally use the Service where you are located.

3. No Accounts

No account or sign-up is required. Some preferences may be stored in your browser using local storage. You are responsible for your device, browser permissions, notification and audio settings, and any loss of locally stored preferences caused by clearing data or changing devices.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate harmful activity.

justy.dev and its licensors retain all rights in the Time Reminder name, design, code, interface, text, graphics, sounds, and other Service materials. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service for lawful ordinary use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, or reverse engineer the Service, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may depend on browsers, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, affiliate networks, and other third parties. TIME REMINDER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR DEVICE OR BROWSER, OR THAT REMINDERS WILL PLAY OR ARRIVE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, justy.dev and Time Reminder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination and Enforcement

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created risk for users or infrastructure. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement rights, remain effective.
